| | | Lukas H. Lundin Position: Chairman and Director
Mr. Lundin is known for recognizing value and superior global investment opportunities in the natural resource sector. His uninhibited pursuit of highly prospective properties around the world has resulted in numerous resource discoveries, including the multi-million ounce Veladero gold discovery. Mr. Lundin has also led several companies through highly profitable business acquisitions and mergers such as Lundin Mining's $3.3 billion merger with EuroZinc Mining, the $2 billion sale of Tanganyika Oil Company Ltd. and most recently the $9.2 billion sale of Red Back Mining Inc. Mr. Lundin is a graduate of the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. He currently sits on the Board of a number of publicly traded companies.

| | | Richard P. Clark Position: CEO & Director
Mr. Clark is a lawyer who practiced mining and securities law in British Columbia from 1987 to 1993. For the past 10 years, Mr. Clark has been a senior executive with the Lundin Group of Companies. In 2004 he became president and CEO of Red Back Mining Inc and under his leadership Red Back grew into an intermediate gold producer with a 2010 production of 500,000oz per annum. Mr. Clark successfully guided Red Back through all facets of growth including discovery, feasibility, financing and production coupled with successful corporate acquisitions culminating in the acquisition of Red Back by Kinross Gold Corporation in late 2010. Mr. Clark has been a director of Sirocco since January 1994 and was appointed CEO in October 2011.

| | | Paul K. Conibear Position: Director
Mr. Conibear has over 25 years of experience in mining projects in several African countries, North America, and a number of South American countries. His background includes 18 years of project and construction management across a diverse range of minerals projects encompassing base and precious metal, coal, uranium and potash investments. For the last 10 years he has held public company executive management and director's positions with the Lundin group of companies, most notably serving for several years as President and CEO of Tenke Mining Corp. where he was instrumental in progressing the world class Tenke Fungurume copper/cobalt project towards its current position as a major mining operation in central Africa. Mr. Conibear has been a director of Sirocco since June 1997.

| | | John Craig Position: Director
Mr. Craig practices in the securities law area with a focus on equity financings both for underwriters and issuers with an emphasis on resource companies, TSX listing, dealings with TSX and OSC for listed public companies, takeovers and issuer bids and going private transactions. His mergers and acquisitions experience involves mergers of public companies, both listed and unlisted and acquisitions of listed companies by unlisted and private concerns. Mr. Craig is also involved with international resources in negotiation and drafting of mining, oil and gas concession agreements, joint venture agreements, operation agreements and farm-in agreements in a variety of countries. Mr. Craig received his B.A. and Llb from the University of Western Ontario and was admitted to the bar in 1973. Mr. Craig has been a director of Sirocco since September 2004.

| | | Ron Hochstein Position: Director
Ron Hochstein, P.Eng., has a wealth of experience in the mining industry. He was previously with Simons Mining Group, an internationally recognized engineering company where he was involved in the financial analysis of a number of major projects. He is much traveled, having worked in the mining industry in consulting, operations and management in the U.S., Canada, South America and Africa. He has also spent time in the oil and gas industry, working early in his career for Brenda Oil and Gas and North Canadian Oils. Mr. Hochstein has a B.Sc. in metallurgical engineering and an MBA. Mr. Hochstein is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Denison Mines Corp. and director of Fortress Minerals Corp. Mr. Hochstein has been a director of Sirocco since June 2003.

| | | Pablo Mir Position: Director
Mr. Mir practices in the area of natural resources law with a focus on mining. He is a senior partner of the Chilean law firm Bofill Mir & Alvarez Jana, one of the largest in Chile, where he leads the natural resources practice. Mr. Mir has advised international mining companies on the exploration, development, construction, and acquisitions of mining projects in Chile and Argentina. He has been recognized by specialized legal publications as one of the top mining lawyers in Latin America. Mr. Mir has served as counsel to several equity financings for mining projects located in Chile and Argentina, including the listing process in the TSX, ASX and AIM markets . Mr. Mir received his Law Degree from Universidad de Chile and was admitted to practice in 1989. Mr Mir has been a director of Sirocco since October 23, 2011.

Mr. Chase, formerly a director with Red Back Mining Inc. prior to its $9.2 billion takeover, has over 30 years experience as a financial executive in the mining industry and has served as a senior board member for a number of public companies.
