Position: Chairman and Director
Mr. Lundin is known for recognizing value and superior global investment opportunities in the natural resource sector. His uninhibited pursuit of highly prospective properties around the world has resulted in numerous resource discoveries, including the multi-million ounce Veladero gold discovery. Mr. Lundin has also led several companies through highly profitable business acquisitions and mergers such as Lundin Mining's $3.3 billion merger with EuroZinc Mining, the $2 billion sale of Tanganyika Oil Company Ltd. and most recently the $9.2 billion sale of Red Back Mining Inc. Mr. Lundin is a graduate of the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. He currently sits on the Board of a number of publicly traded companies.

| | | Richard P. Clark
Position: CEO & Director
Mr. Clark is a lawyer who practiced mining and securities law in British Columbia from 1987 to 1993. For the past 10 years, Mr. Clark has been a senior executive with the Lundin Group of Companies. In 2004 he became president and CEO of Red Back Mining Inc and under his leadership Red Back grew into an intermediate gold producer with a 2010 production of 500,000oz per annum. Mr. Clark successfully guided Red Back through all facets of growth including discovery, feasibility, financing and production coupled with successful corporate acquisitions culminating in the acquisition of Red Back by Kinross Gold Corporation in late 2010. Mr. Clark has been a director of Sirocco since January 1994 and was appointed CEO in October 2011.

Position: President
Mr. Jackson is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in the mining sector. He has been a member of the senior management team with the Lundin Group since 2004 and was VP - Corporate Development of Red Back Mining Inc. Red Back was taken over by Kinross Gold Corporation in September 2010 for $9.2 billion. Mr. Jackson specializes in M&A, public equity markets management and corporate finance. His career has included corporate transactions in Canada, Australia, Africa and Indonesia. A graduate of the University of Western Australia, Mr. Jackson initially spent 8 years with KPMG in Perth. Mr. Jackson joined Sirocco in October 2011.

| | | Alessandro Bitelli
Position: CFO
Mr. Bitelli has over 25 years of experience in the resource industry and in public accounting, having worked both in North America and Europe. Born and raised in Italy, he completed his post-secondary education and obtained his chartered accountant designation in Canada. Currently a member of the senior management team at the Lundin Group of Companies, his most recent position was as Chief Financial Officer of Red Back Mining Inc. ("RBI"), a gold mining company with two African operations that traded on the TSX until its $9.2 billion takeover on September 17, 2010. Prior to RBI, Mr. Bitelli was Vice President Finance of Ashton Mining of Canada Inc., a diamond exploration company, where he was responsible for all the financial affairs of the company. Prior to that, he worked with a leading international public accounting firm and two of its predecessor firms. His experience is wide ranging, including due diligence projects, equity financing, capital projects, investor relations, negotiations of lending facilities, tax, IFRS and SOX.

Position: COO
Mr. Ross is a Mining Engineer with 35 years of operational experience in the mining industry, having worked in North America, Europe and Africa. He has been a member of the senior management team with the Lundin Group since December 2007 and was COO of RBI until the take over by Kinross Gold Corporation. He was previously COO of New Gold Inc. and Ivernia Inc. and Managing Director of the Irish company ARCON International Resources. He is an accredited European Engineer. Mr. Ross joined Sirocco in October 2011.

| | | Hugh Stuart
Position: Vice President Exploration
Mr. Stuart is a professional geologist with over 23 years of international experience in mineral exploration. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Geology from the University of Manchester and an M.Sc. in Mineral Exploration and Mining Geology from the University of Leicester. Whilst Exploration Manager at the Geita Gold Project in Tanzania, Mr Stuart's team discovered the + 7 million Ounce Nyankanga deposit. Between 2003 and 2010 he was Exploration Manager and later Vice President Exploration for Red Back Mining during which time the company's gold resources grew from 2.3Moz to in excess of 18Moz. he has considerable experience of working in the Arabian shield having worked in Sudan, Yemen and Egypt in the past. Mr. Stuart joined Sirocco in October 2011.

Position: Vice President Mining
Mr. Pidcock is a Mining Engineer with 15 years experience in the industry having worked predominately in Australia, Asia, Africa and North America. He joined Red Back Mining Inc in 2004 and worked in various capacities in operational and corporate roles culminating in being appointed Group Technical Manager in 2009. Mr Pidcock also holds degrees in Civil and Mining Engineering, a graduate diploma in Finance and Investment and is a member of AUSIMM. Mr. Pidcock joined Sirocco in October 2011.

Position: Corporate Secretary
Ms. Love has over twenty years experience in the corporate industry as a paralegal at securities law firms and as Corporate Secretary of a number of publicly traded companies. She joined the Lundin Group of Companies in September 2003 and held the position of Corporate Secretary for Red Back Mining Inc. ("RBI") until RBI's takeover by Kinross Gold Corporation in September of 2010.
